Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia.

If you're outside of Australia and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us at hello@greengrip.com.au. We’re happy to explore international shipping options where possible.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 2 to 6 business days

Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

International Shipping: Varies by location

Please note: these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., postal delays, customs processing).

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are based on your location, selected shipping method, and the total weight of your order. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Australia Post with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Green Grip is not responsible for any customs-related charges.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to make a change or cancel your order? Please email us at hello@greengrip.com.au as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date at hello@greengrip.com.au. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
