We want you to be stoked with your Green Grip gear, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and let you know how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, get in touch right away so we can make it right. We’ve got your back.

Items We Can’t Accept for Return

Some items are final sale or can’t be returned for safety or hygiene reasons, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalised products

Personal care items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, just reach out—we’re happy to clarify.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Same rules apply: item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Heads up: banks and card providers may take a few extra days to process and post the refund on their end.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen the funds hit your account, please contact us at hello@greengrip.com.au.
